Inspection of spray water pump before startup

Before using the spray water pump, there is an inspection work to check whether it can operate normally. Do not have faults that should have been avoided in the work. There are many items to check. First, check whether the water level of the water pump tank is normal. Many friends will ignore this step and have some knowledge of the use of the water pump, but they still need to check frequently.

Check whether the motor insulation is qualified and whether the power can be supplied. If there is no power, the motor will stop working. One part of the maintenance is the focus of maintenance, that is, the bearing. This part is also the focus of inspection. Checking the bearing oil level is normal also facilitates the later maintenance work.

Then check whether all meters are complete, to help us better use the spray water pump, check whether the inlet and outlet of the water pump are open or closed, and make a judgment on what state is in use. The vent valve of the water pump can be opened and closed after water continuously flows out. This is to check whether there is air in the water pump. After these items are checked, they can basically operate normally.
